DFW Hyatt Regency, 2334 N International Parkway 20-Year Property Evaluation

MPO Solutions led the 20-Year Property Condition Evaluation of the DFW Hyatt Regency at Terminal C (Asset #33073, located at 2334 N International Parkway), conducted as the property approached the 20-year milestone of its 40-year lease term. The work established the technical basis for DFW to assess the full condition of the asset at a critical lease checkpoint, supporting informed decision-making on long-term property management and capital planning.

MPO coordinated with maintenance personnel and led an assessment team that performed a comprehensive Property Condition Evaluation across a full array of building systems and equipment, including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Suppression, and Conveying systems, along with the parking lot, roadways, landscaping, irrigation, high and low roofing, and exterior lighting systems. Key services included site visits, evaluation in compliance with the DFW Standard format, and the development of a final report deliverable to ETAM with findings, recommendations, photos, and collected data.
