FY25 20-Year CD Property Conditional Evaluations

MPO Solutions performed a Property Condition Evaluation for DFW Airport, delivering a structured assessment in accordance with the DFW Standard format to support the Airport's long-term property management and capital planning objectives. The work established the technical basis for DFW to understand current asset conditions and inform future investment decisions.

MPO prepared a detailed project schedule aligned with the master schedule and led an assessment team that coordinated with DFW staff to conduct site visits and complete the evaluation. Key services included field assessment of the property, coordination with the Board's representative throughout the evaluation, and the development of a property condition evaluation report compiling findings and recommendations to guide ETAM's decision-making. Projects included:

• DFW’s Asset # 42090, is located at 1555 N Airfield. and is currently under Contract # 8500432. This building received beneficial occupancy certificate in year 2005. Out of the 40-yr lease term, the 20-year lease millstone will be reached in 2025.  

• DFW’s Asset # 54091, is located at 1000 N. 28th and is currently under Contract # 8500432. This building received beneficial occupancy certificate in year 2005. Out of the 40-yr lease term, the 20-year lease millstone will be reached in 2025.  

• DFW’s Asset # 54030, is located at 1375 N. 28th and is currently under Contract # 8500432. This building received beneficial occupancy certificate in year 2005. Out of the 40-yr lease term, the 20-year lease millstone will be reached in 2025.  

• DFW’s Asset # 54060, is located at 2700 Esters Blvd. and is currently under Contract # 8500432. This building received beneficial occupancy certificate in year 2005. Out of the 40-yr lease term, the 20-year lease millstone will be reached in 2025.  

• DFW’s Asset # 64021, is located at 2700 Regent Blvd. and is currently under Contract # 8500432. This building received beneficial occupancy certificate in year 2005. Out of the 40-yr lease term, the 20-year lease millstone will be reached in 2025.
