FY25 35-Year CD Property Conditional Evaluations

MPO Solutions delivered the 35-Year Property Condition Evaluations of seven DFW Airport assets located along Royal Lane, 14th Street, 20th Street, and Airfield Drive (Asset Numbers 54031, 54041, 54092, 54131, 42033, 44065, and 44091, all under Contract 8500432 PA1044). Conducted as each asset approached the 35-year milestone of its 40-year lease term, the work established the technical basis for DFW to assess the condition of these properties at a critical lease checkpoint, supporting informed decision-making on long-term property management and capital planning across the portfolio.

MPO coordinated with DFW staff and led an assessment team that performed Property Condition Evaluations across the full array of building systems and equipment at each location. Key services included site visits, evaluation against the DFW Standard format, and the development of individual property condition evaluation reports compiling findings, recommendations, and supporting data to guide ETAM's portfolio-level decisions across the seven assets.

• DFW’s Asset # 54092 is located at 1025 Royal Lane and is under Contract # 8500432 PA1044. Out of the 40-year lease term, the 35-year lease milestone will be reached in 2025.  

• DFW’s Asset # 54131 is located at 2805 E 14th and is under Contract # 8500432 PA1044. Out of the 40-year lease term, the 35-year lease milestone will be reached in 2025.  

• DFW’s Asset # 42033 is located at 1725 W 20th – 35 Year PCE and is under Contract # 8500432 PA1044. Out of the 40-year lease term, the 35-year lease milestone will be reached in 2025.  

• DFW’s Asset # 44065 is located at 3015 N Airfield– 35 Year PCE and is under Contract # 8500432 PA1044. Out of the 40-year lease term, the 35-year lease milestone will be reached in 2025.  

• DFW’s Asset # 44091 is located at 2963 N Airfield – 35 Year PCE and is under Contract # 8500432 PA1044. Out of the 40-year lease term, the 35-year lease milestone will be reached in 2025.
