MPO Solutions executed 20-Year Property Condition Evaluations of six DFW Airport assets located along W 23rd Street, N 28th Street, W Airfield Drive, and E 28th Street (Asset Numbers 32082, 32072, 54090, 41078, 32042, and 34002, all under Contract 8500432 PA1044), totaling more than 1.5 million square feet of leased space. Conducted as each asset approached the 20-year milestone of its 40-year lease term, the evaluations established the technical basis for DFW to verify that the facilities are being properly maintained by tenants, supporting informed decision-making on long-term property management across the portfolio.
MPO's team coordinated with DFW staff and performed targeted Property Condition Evaluations at each location, with the 20-year scope intentionally short and focused on tenant maintenance verification. Key services included site visits, evaluation against the DFW Standard format, and the development of individual property condition evaluation reports compiling findings and recommendations to guide ETAM's portfolio-level decisions across the six assets.
