Gate Gourmet Facility Evaluation

MPO Solutions performed a comprehensive Facility Condition Assessment of a 1974-era DFW Airport building located at 3301 S 22nd Avenue, Suite 6W, Dallas, Texas 75261. The work established the technical basis to determine current conditions across architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, equipping DFW with the data needed to identify and prioritize capital improvements for an aging legacy facility approaching five decades of service.

Scope included a multidisciplinary evaluation of the building's architectural, structural, and MEP systems. Key services included field assessment of existing conditions, identification of necessary capital improvements, and the development of recommendations to guide DFW's investment decisions, delivering a clear technical foundation for the long-term planning of this legacy asset.
